* All animals are guaranteed to be captive-bred, healthy, feeding, correctly sexed and properly represented. And all animals will have feed atleast twice before being offered for sale unless noted otherwise.

* If your interested on an animal, just contact me so I can put you on my list. Once I see breeding activity and produce the eggs I'll give the individual(s) on the list an email notification to confirm interest. I do not accept or require any deposits prior to eggs hatching but once they are offered for sale all animals are on a first come first served basis. I can hold any animal for only a week pending payment but I would require a 25% non-refundable deposit to continue to hold the animal there after unless other arrangements have been made. Pictures of each animal for sale and their parents will be posted on the "available" section of this site. Inquire about wholesale and package pricing.

* Trades that will be considered are feeder rodents (depending on my feeder needs - LOCAL ONLY) or animals listed on the "wanted" section of my site. Don't hesitate to ask :-)

* Make all forms of payment payable to "Jonel Lopez." I ONLY accept credit card payments through PAYPAL.COM (please use tuklawjon795@hotmail.com to send payments) and money orders / cashiers checks for mail-order payments. Personal checks are not accepted, period.

* Orders must be paid before shipping. I offer domestic shipments to the lower 48 states only using a UPS/FedEx approved Live Harmless Reptile and Amphibian Priority Express/Over-night shipping for my animals. My live animal shipping mothods was approved by both the Packaging Design and Development Department and the Legal Department of FedEx for safe transport of our precious cargo. Shipments are sent in 1 inch styrofoam insulated boxes and will have cold or heat packs if necessary when the temps on both ends can reach highs of 90 degrees F or lows dipping down 60 degrees F. I will use extreme caution and check the temperatures before shipping the animals and if is either too high or too low I will hold shipment until I see a safer time to ship the animals. Live arrival is not guaranteed with any overnight express carriers which includes UPS/FedEx.

* The buyer is responsible for knowing the status of protected or threatened snake species of his or her resident city, county, and/or state. Check with you local authorities and Department of Parks and Wildlife to see if it is LEGAL to possess or buy the species you are interested in within your state. SELECTIVE PROPAGATIONS does not knowlingly ship any animals into any city, county, and/or state where it is illegal to buy or possess the ordered animals. I do not sell any animals to individuals under 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent/guardian and mail order and purchases are only done with individuals 18 years of age or older. I retain the right to refuse sale at anytime.

* All shipments will need to be signed and should be inspected upon arrival and you must notify me within 48 hours of arrival if there's any problems with the animals you've recieved, otherwise I'll assume you're completely satisfied with the animals. The health guarantee will be void if there is no proof of signature upon delivery so make sure that you will have someone in the residence on the day of delivery to properly sign and recieve the package. The health of the animal is guaranteed for only 7 days from the date of arrival due to the unpredictiable elements that may occur once and animal leaves my facility and that I can no longer moderate for its care or environment. In an unfortunate event that the animal sold dies within the 7-day health guarantee period, the buyer is resposnsible to contact me as soon as possible and show proof of death(please email me for details and instructions) within 7 days after initially contacting me about the event. If the claim is properly conducted and I am convinced that it was the actual animal sold I will issue a full refund/credit or a free replacement for the buyer. I use this method to help protect myself and SELECTIVE PROPAGATIONS from false claims and maintain and still provide excellent service to my customers.

* Don't expect your animals to feed right-off-the-bat after arrival. Even though all of the animals I sell are guaranteed feeders (unless agreed upon and/or noted otherwise) some animals can take a week or two to acclimate and adjust to their new environment. Although some may feed the first day it arrives. Provide them an appropriate sized enclosure, a proper hide box, water bowl, correct temperature gradient, and let the animal settle out and recover from the stress of shipping for at least a week before attempting to feed. Please minimize handling and any disturbance to the animals during this time.
